Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan with butter.

  • Add melted butter and sugar into the bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fold in the fresh raspberries.

  • Prepare the cheesecake swirl: Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg into the bowl and mix well.

  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop dollops of the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter.

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  • Serve!
