Strawberry Donuts

Ingredients:

  • Donuts:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a donut pan.

  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into the bowl and mix well.

  • Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl and mix well.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  • Fold in the strawberries.

  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • For the glaze, add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix well. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze.

  • Place the glazed donuts back on the wire rack to set for about 10 minutes.

  • Serve!
