Directions:

  • Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into the bowl and mix well.

  • Add the eggs, milk, orange juice, orange zest, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl. Mix until smooth.

  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until incorporated.

  • Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray.
