Helpful Cooking Tips:

  • Use store-bought gnocchi for a quick fix, or make your own for extra flair—either way, boil just until they float!

  • Gorgonzola Dolce (the milder version) will give you a creamier, less intense flavor than Gorgonzola Piccante.

  • Add a splash of reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if needed and help it cling to the gnocchi beautifully.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Top with freshly cracked black pepper and chopped walnuts for a perfect crunch.

  • Serve alongside a crisp green salad with a light vinaigrette to balance the richness.

  • Pair with a glass of white wine—like Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay—for a restaurant-worthy meal at home.
