Nutella Stuffed Churros

Crispy on the outside, warm and gooey inside—these Nutella-stuffed churros are a total treat for the whole family. Whether you're whipping them up for a special dessert night or a sweet weekend surprise, they’re sure to disappear fast. Fair warning: you might need to make a second batch!

Nutella Stuffed Churros

Servings: 12 churros

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • Oil for frying

  • 1 cup Nutella

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

  • Add vegetable oil, water, vanilla, and salt to the saucepan and boil it. When boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add flour and stir until the dough forms.

  • Transfer the churro dough to the Churro Maker with churro tip.

  • Add oil to the skillet and heat it.

  • Press the churro dough into long strips onto the paper-towel-lined baking sheet.

  • Take a strip of churro dough and flatten it slightly with your fingers. Place 1 tbsp of Nutella in the center of the dough.

  • Fold the dough over the Nutella and seal the edges by pressing them together. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and Nutella.

  • Add stuffed churros in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Remove the churro from the oil and put them onto the baking sheet to drain it.

  • Add ground cinnamon and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well.

  • Roll the churros in the cinnamon mixture until coated.

  • Serve warm.
