Raspberry Lemonade Sparkler Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 4 cups sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Add fresh raspberries into the blender and blend until smooth.

  • Strain the raspberry puree to remove seeds. Add raspberry puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and granulated sugar into the pitcher. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the raspberry-lemon mixture over the ice.

  • Top each glass with sparkling water and stir to combine.
