3 Helpful Cooking Tips:

  • Use good quality matcha powder: Ceremonial-grade matcha will give you a vibrant color and smooth flavor without bitterness.

  • Chill the ganache thoroughly: Make sure your truffle mixture is fully chilled before scooping and rolling—it’ll be much easier to handle and shape.

  • Work quickly when coating: If you’re rolling the truffles in matcha or other toppings, do so quickly after shaping to help everything stick evenly.

3 Serving Suggestions:

  • Dust with a little extra matcha powder for a bold finish and beautiful presentation.

  • Serve alongside a cup of green tea or jasmine tea for a luxurious afternoon treat.

  • Gift them in a pretty box or jar for a thoughtful, homemade present.
