Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz white chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp matcha powder, plus extra for dusting
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Add heavy cream into the saucepan and put over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
Add chocolate and cream and mix well.
Once smooth, stir in the butter.
Sift the matcha powder into the mixture and whisk it well.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
Scoop to portion out the truffle mixture and roll it into balls. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roll the truffles in additional matcha powder, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut to coat.
Return the coated truffles to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Serve!
