Helpful Tips:
The riper the bananas, the better—think deep brown spots for maximum sweetness and moisture.
Don’t overmix the batter once you add the flour; a few lumps are totally okay and help keep the muffins tender.
For bakery-style tops, fill each muffin cup nearly to the brim and bake at a high temp for the first 5 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy warm with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Add chocolate chips, walnuts, or blueberries to switch things up.
Pair with a hot coffee or a cold glass of milk for the perfect breakfast or afternoon treat.
