Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/3 cup melted butter or olive oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Line muffin tin with paper liners.

  • Add banana to the bowl and mash it well. Stir in melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well.

  • Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl and mix well.

  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold in nuts or chocolate chips.

  • Pour the batter to the muffin cups. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

  • Let it cool and serve!
