This ginger lemonade mocktail is bold, refreshing, and just the right amount of zingy. With fresh lemon juice and spicy ginger syrup, it’s a fun and flavorful drink that cools you down and wakes up your taste buds!

Ginger Lemonade Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 3-inch Fresh ginger, unpeeled

  • 1 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener or sugar/sugar substitute of your choice

  • 4 cups of water

Instructions:

  • Cut the unpeeled ginger into rounds.

  • Add sweetener, water, and ginger into the saucepan and place it over medium flame.

  • Simmer it. Turn the heat to low and let infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the flame. Leave to infuse for a further 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Remove the ginger. Add lemon juice and stir well.

  • Place it into the fridge for 1 hour.

  • Serve!
