Raspberry Nutella Crêpes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  • Add flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt into the blender and blend until smooth.

  • Add butter into the skillet and heat it. Pour batter into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.

  • Spread Nutella on each crepe, add a handful of fresh raspberries, and fold the crepes into quarters.

  • Garnish with additional raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.

  • Serve!
