Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups milk
½ cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Add sugar, cornstarch, and salt into the saucepan and heat it.
Whisk in milk until smooth. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add egg yolks to the small bowl and whisk to combine.
Add hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and return to the saucepan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add vanilla wafers, banana slices, and custard into the dish.
Cover and chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
Serve!
