Orange Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  • Add the water and sugar into the saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Once done, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool completely.

  • Add the cooled simple syrup and orange juice into the mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix well.

  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Place it in the freezer and let it freeze for 2 hours.

  • Serve!
