Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp butter, softened
½ cup honey
4 ½ tsp instant yeast
½ cup warm water
1 ½ tsp salt
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2-3 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg, mixed with 1 tbsp

Directions:
Add butter and oats to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Add milk and stir well. Keep it aside for 1 ½ hours.
Add salt, yeast, honey, and hot water to the bowl and combine well.
Add whole wheat flour and combine well.
Add all-purpose flour and combine well.
Knead for a few minutes.
Transfer the dough to the greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to rise for 1 hour.
Shape the mixture into loaves. Brush with egg wash.
Allow it to rise for 1 hour. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
