Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Line a pan with parchment paper.

  • Add cream of tartar and egg whites to the bowl and combine well.

  • Add egg yolk and Greek yogurt and combine well.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Serve!
