3 eggs
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3 tbsp cream cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Add cream of tartar and egg whites to the bowl and combine well.
Add egg yolk and Greek yogurt and combine well.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve!
