Blueberry Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.

  • Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza crust.

  • Sprinkle fresh blueberries and sliced almonds over the ricotta layer.

  • Drizzle honey and maple syrup over the top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.

  • Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
