Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup active sourdough starter
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Filling:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting:
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Add sourdough starter, warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and eggs into the bowl. Mix well.
Add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients, and knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread the softened butter over the dough, and then sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side, then cut into 12 equal slices.
Place the rolls in a greased baking pan. Let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes into the preheated oven.
Prepare the cream cheese frosting: Add cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into the bowl and beat until smooth.
Frost the cream cheese frosting over cinnamon rolls.
Serve!
