1 cup matcha powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease the ramekins with butter and dust with sugar.
Add matcha powder, sugar, egg yolks, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Add egg whites in a bowl and beat well.
Fold the beaten egg whites into the pumpkin mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes.
