Focaccia Bread

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 ½ cups all purpose flour

  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

  • 1 ½ tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 2/3 cups warm water

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  • Grease the baking sheet with butter.

  • Add olive oil to the pan and heat it.

  • Add salt, sugar, yeast, and flour to the bowl and combine well.

  • Add olive oil and warm water and combine well.

  • Place the dough onto the pan and allow it to rise for 1 to 2 hours.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Poke the dough with your finger. Sprinkle with kosher salt and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Serve!
