6 tbsp olive oil
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 2/3 cups warm water
Kosher salt, to taste
1 tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions:
Grease the baking sheet with butter.
Add olive oil to the pan and heat it.
Add salt, sugar, yeast, and flour to the bowl and combine well.
Add olive oil and warm water and combine well.
Place the dough onto the pan and allow it to rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Poke the dough with your finger. Sprinkle with kosher salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve!
