Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Add the frozen hash browns, cheddar cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, and green onions into the mixing bowl and mix well.

  • Add the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another bowl and mix well.

  • Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.

  • Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Pour the hash brown and egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  • Serve!
