Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Add the frozen hash browns, cheddar cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, and green onions into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Add the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another bowl and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
