Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 ½ cups carrots, grated
3 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add dry ingredients in a small bowl and combine well.
Add wet ingredients in another bowl and combine well.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well.
Pour the batter to the pan and bake 1 hour.
Serve!
