Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 ½ cups carrots, grated

  • 3 eggs

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ¾ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Add dry ingredients in a small bowl and combine well.

  • Add wet ingredients in another bowl and combine well.

  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well.

  • Pour the batter to the pan and bake 1 hour.

  • Serve!
